We have teamed-up with Rehab Management Services, LLC in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to manage our billing. We accept most insurance including:

We also set-up private pay contracts. We DO NOT collect co-pays at each visit; rather, we discreetly bill you by mail on a monthly basis.
